Somatic Sound Bath

Service Description

Join us for a restorative Somatic Sound Bath designed to help you relax, support your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through sound, vibration, and embodied awareness. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle breathwork to ground your energy, focus your attention, and invite your body into a state of rest & relaxation. Then, settle onto your mat for the sound meditation featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes, percussion instruments, and more. You'll go beyond just listening to the music and actually be able to feel the vibrations in your body, as many of the instruments will be played directly above you (with no physical touch). This sound bath is suitable for everyone, regardless of yoga or meditation experience. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Feel free to bring an eye mask, fuzzy socks, or anything else to make yourself more comfortable! $30 / $15 with Unlimited Membership
