The Lion's Gate Portal marks a celestial event that has been used as a "fresh start" to set goals & intentions, call in abundance, and boost your motivation & confidence. In this workshop, we'll use movement, meditation, and intention to gain clarity on what we want, and how to open up to receive it. You can expect a casual, but intentional circle, designed to lead you on a journey of expansion, reflection, and alignment. Flow of Events: - Brief introduction to the Lion's Gate from both an astrological and mystical perspective - Intention Setting with citrine and herbs (you will receive your own citrine crystal and dried herbs to take home with you) - Gentle yet expansive hatha yoga practice (all-levels) - Holotropic-inspired breathwork - Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra - Journaling / Reflection What to Bring: - Water - Journal or notepad + something to write with Wear whatever is comfortable to move in, but if you are really in the spirit, feel free to wear green, yellow, or gold!
