Welcome to Akasha Yoga Room! We offer a variety of class styles, from regular sessions to invigorating hot classes, designed to meet the needs of every student, no matter where you are on your yoga journey. Explore our classes below and find the perfect fit for you!

Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha classes are available in both regular and heated formats. 

Heated classes utilize infrared heaters to enhance circulation, boost muscle activation, and support toxin elimination. The temperature can reach around 90-100°F.
 
While there are numerous advantages to hot yoga classes, they’re not advisable for some participants. Please exercise caution when considering a hot yoga class and consult your doctor before starting any fitness activities, including hot yoga. Pregnant women will not be allowed to attend hot yoga classes at Akasha Yoga Room.

While all classes welcome participants of any level, the following guidelines can help you find a class that best matches your current stage in your personal yoga journey.

Level 1 - Beginner 
 

Brand new to yoga and/or unfamiliar with pose names and alignment cues
