Tantra Yoga - Couples' Date Night

Service Description

We'll open the evening with warm cacao to drink, which softens your heart, opens your senses, and allows you to connect more deeply to your partner and your own body. Then, you and your partner will move through guided breathwork, followed by stretches and somatic movements designed to increase emotional intimacy, built trust & safety, dissolve emotional blockages & resentment, and facilitate a deeper connection. You'll leave feeling honored, empowered, and deeply in touch with your partner, your body, and your relationship. This experience is open to all couples, whether newly dating or together for years. No yoga experience is required. Please wear something comfortable that you're able to move around in. All required materials will be provided. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER ONE PERSON FROM YOUR PARTY. $55 per couple. **Please note, while we will be using the senses to explore embodied sensuality, this is not a sexual experience. We kindly ask that you respect the nature of the practice & act appropriately.
