Celebrate the return of the sun after the longest night of the year with a powerful spiritual, physical, and mental experience. Join us to release, set an intention for this new season, awaken your intuition, and connect to your breath & body. All levels and abilities are welcome. Feel free to perform only as many Sun Salutations as you want, or simply come to the mat and meditate wrapped in the powerful energy of the room. This event is free but donations of any kind are gratefully appreciated! Why 108? In yoga philosophy, 108 is a spiritually symbolic number, and performing 108 sun salutations is thought to cleanse, refresh, and make way for a new beginning while powering up your intentions & goals.
