Centered around our monthly theme and peak pose, this class builds strength and improves flexibility with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. Expect sun salutations, a themed standing flow, and an in-depth explanation of a peak pose followed by Savasana. Recommended for experienced beginners through advanced practitioners.
