The Summer Solstice is connected to the solar plexus chakra, our house of personal power and manifestation. Gather in community to set an intention for this new season, awaken your power of manifestation, and connect with your breath & body as you participate in powerful tradition. All levels and abilities are welcome. You DO NOT need to complete all 108 Salutations to benefit from this experience! When you have completed as many Sun Salutations as you'd like, come to your mat to reflect & meditate. This event is free but donations of any kind are gratefully appreciated!
